Sensei Maria DiDio has been training since 1984 in both Karate & Jujitsu. She Holds black belt rankings in Kokushi Karate-do (3rd Degree) and Seido Karate (2nd Degree), Nisei Ryu Goshinho Jujitsu (3rd degree), Chinese Goju Karate (3rd Degree), Judo (1st Degree)  and is a practitioner of  Serra Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (Combat Fight Club) Blue Belt, and Muay Thai Practitioner under Tony Garcia. She is the founder of Maria DiDio’s “Rose & Thorn" Self Defense Fighting System for Women.

Sensei DiDio is a Certified ISSA Personal Trainer.
